Witty, unique and different. The stop motion animation is top notch. The characters and voices for the characters are great. There seems to be this weirdness and fun to the whole film. The actual maquettes used for the stop motion are intriguing to look at and humorous. The animation itself is a strong characteristic alone to keep you watching. Standard packaging and affordable price.

Wes Anderson, the strange man that he is, always makes great quirky films that are a joy to watch, and Fantastic Mr. Fox is no exception. I love the fact that he wanted to tackle not only a lighter fair in a children's film, but also tackle the animation art form known as stop motion. If you love Wes Anderson films, then you'll love this plain and simple.

This movie is AMAZING. IT'S HILARIOUS, IT'S FULL OF GREAT ACTORS/VOICE OVERS. I love it. We bought it...went back to Best Buy a few days later and the couple in front of us was buying it-said they'd been looking all over for it because THEY loved it!!

This is quite possible my favorite film. Everything that Wes Anderson puts out tends to be gold, though I know he can be an acquired taste. Criterion's edition is done with so much care and attention. It is truly an amazing experience just opening the box before the film. And the Blu-ray looks GREAT! Love love love it!

With a star studded cast Wes Anderson has woven another meandering comedic tromp that ranges between whimsical and strange. Roald Dahl's classic is retold in a unique way with lots of fast talking and hysterical laughter. It's great for kids and adults alike.

Don't know why I purchased this movie. It took me a while to watch it. It is a very good movie, I have watched it several times now and enjoyed it every time. I am glad I did purchase it and so are my grandchildren. I recommend this to everyone who likes good clean movies.

I did hear that this particular blu-ray is going out of print due to distribution rights so I'm delighted to have this as part of my collection. It's an instant classic, thoroughly recommended.

My son loves Wes Anderson and I love the fact that my 20-year old appreciates such an eccentric film maker. I am on a search to find and buy all of Anderson's movies for him for Christmas. Was cool to find Blu Ray version at a great price in Best Buy

I am always so impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They always approach me and offer their assistance. In the past year I've purchased an xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and a cannon camera. Along with several movies. I will always shop at best buy first.

Great now day classic actors voice A Wes Anderson tale that’s of his best. A traditional style story time tale told with Wes Anderson zest! Can’t wait to share with my kids some day maybe!? :)

All of Wes Anderson movies are good. This is one of the better ones. Even if you think you don't like animation. Give this a try. It is very different than what you are use to. This is "stop motion". It is explained in the extras. Just wish there were more.

This gorgeously rendered film from the beloved children's book is jaw-droppingly animated, voiced by perfect A- list actors, and just made my inner child ecstatic. Beautifully made

I loved this movie when it came out and it holds up! It’s quirky and goofy and snarky. So many famous voice actors but it doesn’t feel forced or obvious that they are those famous actors. Really funny

I decided to watch this film since it's directed by one of my favorite directors and the film didn't disappoint. The film is so much different than what you would expect. I really enjoyed the film and so did my teen son.

Great film by Wes Anderson. Not typically a fan of stop motion animation, but it really works with the characters. Cast and acting are top notch.

All of my children love this movie, though I can't seem to place why! It is a good movie, and the characters are well done. I just couldn't seem to get into it. Even though my taste preferences center around movies like The Labrynth, The Dark Crystal etc.... However my children, ages 3 to 11 all love it and are held captive when watching it.

Great "animated" Wes Anderson movie with great actors that you'll love listening for/to throughout! :) This movie is great for kids but also has a lot of adult humor. Had to get this at a great price on Black Friday :)
