Aside from the lame bro-ish aspect of the protagonist, the game was pretty good.

The graphics and gameplay are excellent in this game!

This open world adventure story is a dark look at what humans living by their own rules can do to one another on a secluded island. The game feels and plays like an Assassin's Creed title, but with modern weapons instead of hidden blades and smoke bombs. Fun achievements, plenty of side missions and a unique skill tree make this a game with several hours of worthwhile entertainment to enjoy.

Ubisoft fixed all the problems we experienced from far cry 2. They added whole bunch of features into this game.

Game is but on some of the missions they take away guns or abilities, animals are more of a nuisance after the first hour, took way to long to get to the second island.
