Played this daily for about a month. Lots of fun.

Full disclosure this is the first Far Cry game I've played but so far I have very much enjoyed this game. The map is massive, you could spend hours working on the storyline or just as easily spend hours fishing in a lake. Multiplayer is lots of fun too and I have spent hours in the arcade. My only problem is with the story and I'll just leave it at that. If you can get passed that then you will find in this a game that'll hold your attention for hours and hours.

I found this game to be more engaging than the previous entry in the series. It has more of the same, except this time it takes place in the U.S. It has a large enough open-world to run/drive/fly around in, random encounters, and great visuals. There's not too much to the story, but the plot is basically the same as the other games so don't expect too much of an engaging storyline.

The story is ok so far. However, if you own an Xbox X and a 4K/HDR TV this game is running in native 4K with HDR. Simply gorgeous. It's running good on the Pro as well. If you own the native PS4 or the S it is till gorgeous at 1080p or checkerboard 4K with HDR. It's just a gorgeous and fun game on any system. The action is intense and it's a satisfying game

Far Cry 5 is the most expansive entry in the series yet. The setting of the rural United States is a refreshing shake up and provides ample opportunity to show off the game's engine. If you have played previous Far Cry games then you already know what to expect. The open world is fun to play around in but when you get tired of it the story itself is interesting enough to see to the finish.

This is my favorite FarCry game. I've played all of them so far, minus the expansions. If you're into culty characters, off the wall bad guys, fun side missions, and an awesome story, you should play this. In terms of gameplay, FarCry hasn't changed much in a while, but this one was really good.

Most gamers have played one of the entries in the Far Cry series. Its the usual open world sandbox, with a good story & hours of mind numbing fun. You can spend hours doing a whole lot of nothing just exploring. Its by no means perfect definitely glitches but they add to the charm. The controls are solid the graphics are too.

Immersive and fun as heck. Between Far Cry 4 and this game I would say that this one is slightly better. I like the Co-op capability. Anyone who enjoys first person shooters but wants something a little more adventure based should really give this a shot. Plus the story line really gets you hooked.

I got into Far Cry a few years ago, starting with the fourth, and have enjoyed all of them immensely. Love this open world - makes me want to visit Montana. Story is gripping and kept me coming back for more. This is my favorite addition to the franchise because of the setting and new hired guns system.

They incorporated so many good things from the previous Far Cry iterations, and got rid of some of the annoyances. Great FPS game, only enhanced with your followers and the simple interactions with your canine companion. Great story, great graphics. Definitely a must-have for any fps or action-driven story game seeker.

I played this game all night and into next day. I played co-op and plenty of missions and side missions to keep your interest peaked for a long time. A very large map and 3 different option modes to play beyond story mode. Very intense and satisfying game. Very full of adventure and unique game play experience.

Far Cry 5 gives players tons of open world freedom just like the GTA games and the graphics are awesome. Players can choose to just explore the huge game world and do side missions here and there throughout it or you can do story missions in any order or territory of the world you want.

This game is hands down the best Far Cry in the series. I love it! Action packed story, superb graphics and superior gameplay! I highly recommend that if your looking for a game to purchase as a gift for Christmas 2018 then treat that special someone to Far Cry 5.

This game is well put together and I cant put it down. There is so much to do and you really feel the danger of the wild while playing this game. I got lost in time within the first weekend. If you like Shooters, Open world games, and adventure, this is a must-have!

Great game with a fair follow up. A little bit better than Primal but Farcry is generally a good franchise to get behind. Worth at least half of its initial retail even after all these years. You will not be disappointed!

This game has it all. Awesome story line, open world environment. Hunting, fishing you name it. Theirs times I jumped in my chair the game gets so intense. Must have if you like 1st person shooters. Drive , fly, boat this game has it all...

I enjoyed so much of this game. The game play, graphics, variety of weapons and missions... all great. The ending though is POLARIZING. I hated it, and it completely soured the experience for me. However, I recognize I still had fun on the journey until I reached the end.

Purchased Farcry 5 for pickup, it was ready an hour later as promised. Ended up trading some games while I was there and the lady at the desk was very helpful. They made it easy and the graphics and story gameplay for Farcry 5 are stunning.

I’ve played Farcry 4 so the controls needed no extra thought. On the One X console and 4K Qled tv did a great job of amazing me with the graphics. Doesn’t look like it’s real quite yet. But they are getting close. As far as the gameplay. I love it more than the previous installment. As someone who doesn’t really play online anymore, I love the solo gameplay. They changed small things like crafting and hunting, perks and other small things like that. Not necessarily a good change if you ask me. But it’s a new experience. I didn’t pay full price for this game but would if you liked far cry 4 or other far cry games.

This game has the best open world that Ubisoft has ever made. The story is great my only gripe is the "hunting party" that helps the story move forward. Multiplayer is great especially the ability to co-op the entire story.
