I like the square griddle because I can easily fit more slices of the bread than I can in a round skillet. Works great for a breakfast meal of sausage, eggs, and toast - all in one pan. Owned one previously for years and finally wore out the surface. Needed to replace with this one.

Crisp up pizza slices, fries and other fried goods, but especially great for tortillas, quesadillas, etc.. Gorj and Guano use it daily so I'm glad we bought this!

It straightens out a bit when it cools off but warps again once it heats up. Only using it on medium heat. Bummer because it's exactly what we had been looking for!
