Love the first 3 of this series. These were when the story lines were about the people rather than a super hero action series.

If only Universal would make more of these steelbooks. It has been years now. You'll occasionally see them pop up again in stores, but they're usually only found online at this point. I personally love them because you get pretty much everything you'd want. The Digital HD code works on Vudu/Ultraviolet and you get the blu-ray and DVD copies of the film. They look great on the shelf, especially if you own a lot of them. One thing I will say is be careful moving with these. My copy of the Incredible Hulk (same packaging) got super scratched up in the box I put it in with other blu-rays. I ended up replacing it. They seem to scratch pretty easily if not handled with care.

This is an awesome 4k transfer. I love this movie...still the best one in the series. Such fond memories of this film...I saw this on my first date. The muscle cars look awesome and the car sound effects really pop on the sound track...you'll feel like you are right there in the car! It is also fun to see how young the cast looked here. And Paul Walker's blue eyes really pop and so do the color of the cars. I bought the limited addition 4k steelbook. Love all the extras.

Never a dull moment if you love fast cars. A good start to the franchise and introduction to the main characters.

If you ask 10 people if they like this series of movies the answers would be split 50/50. I do like the action scene. I bought Fast and the Furious, 2 Fast 2 Furious & Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift in 4K Ultra to replace my original Blu-ray disks. If you like this movie series but don't own them yet now is the time to purchase them. Tokyo Drift is the weakest of the 8 movies but still has purpose later on. I'm waiting, hoping for the studio to remaster Fast & Furious and Fast Five.

I love collecting movies, and even more I love the Fast and the Furious franchise. I have all of their steelbooks so far. This one was pretty awesome. It came with some extra poster content on the inside, and the image inside of the steelbook was the group shot of the whole gang. Pretty dope!

Good picture quality and good sound quality good buy

The one that started it all. And the one most grounded in reality. With each passing chapter getting more and more ridiculous, I appreciate this one even more. It's a slam dunk actioner that made stars out of Diesel and Walker. It's hard to believe that this movie is 20 years old, but it still holds up. The 4k is nice! The steelbook is even better!

Simply fantastic edition of The Fast and the Furious! Get THIS set and relive the very first movie in the franchise. Love the added extras also. I cannot wait to see this on the 85" Sony 4K! I do recommend if you love movies about cars/race cars in general. I would not recommend for ages under 13.

I had the 1st DVD release of this Movie after it came out in the early millennium. When I saw the NEW SteelBook Release Package for its 20th Anniversary, I HAD TO GET THIS As One of My Christmas Gifts to myself. AWESOME Design and Excellent Fan Keepsakes. ALL FF Fans should have this in their collection... ;)

I've always been different, which is why this movie appealed to me. I didn't know much about the culture of street racing, but what I saw was something else. No one expected it to become a billion dollar franchise, but it did. The characters wound up being more complex than I imagined. Vin Diesel plays Dominic Toretto, an anti-hero who also has a strong code, one that emphasizes loyalty, family, and respect. He's still pretty rough around the edges, but he's the guy you want in your corner. Paul Walker (R.I.P.) is Brian O'Connor, someone who starts out as an outsider but gets into Dominic's good graces, except Brian is a cop who's investigating hijackings of semi-trucks. Dominic and his team are suspects. The more time Brian spends with Dominic and his team, the more gray he sees, and the more he questions what he should do. Not a great movie, but the rest of the franchise, it fits well enough.

This is what began it all.. well at least here in my hometown. This is what put vin and Paul in everyone’s radar. They focused on races and their friendship. That’s it the end period!!! Everything else’s after the second was just nonsense gunfights and action here and there losing focus on what made the first two good! The movie holds up nicely on this 4K port, some shots still look a bit cheesy but not as bad

I bought this because I love the steel art and movie. The 4k transfer blew me away. The colors are clear, bright, and vibrant. The Race Wars portion of the film is absolutely demo worth as is most of the film. The best movie in the series and you can use to it show off your display.

The first of many great movies. This is the reason why there are so many more great actors and actresses in this franchise now. Without this movie, there would be no franchise. Great action, fitting and strong soundtrack, lots of fast cars, and seeing these actors when they were so young are all reasons to watch this movie. Once you watch this one, get the rest of the series and enjoy them all!

This was such an amazing movie. Too bad none of the sequels have ever re-captured what made the original so great. Other than one climactic scene, the entire movie is totally believable. Face it: we know people like these characters. Now, in the most recent sequels, the characters have morphed into super-heros and I find that insulting. Too bad they ruined a great thing.

Of course if you are a real fan you must own this. I always hated the blu ray version as the movie was too dark and sounded mushy. The 4K version fixes all these problems and has lots of stuff in the steelbook

Not only is the steelbook absolutely wonderful and great design but give it up to Best Buy for having this exclusive with all the extras that come with the steelbook. 100% must-own for any steel book collector and Fast and Furious fan

I bought the 4 remaining chapters of Fast & Furious that I had not seen because of the unbelievable price (less than $5 each). Well worth the investment to finish up the saga, and I liked the way #7 handled Paul Walker's character at the end; very good wrap-up for him with a lot of respect to his character's story and contribution to the series.

Good looking steel that would only be better with some embossing. The slip DOES have a bit of embossing though so it comes out well worth it with the added extras. Only wish the slip had used some different artwork than what's already on the steel.
