Good lens, nice compact and light. Good image quality but quite a bit of distortion

I’m in love with the 2 4. Nice, small, compact and sharp. I do have some barrel distortion but I’m waiting for an update in light room. Overall nice little lens for videos and pictures!

I love this lens, it's really sharp. It's also light and compact, perfect for small camera setup. I don't really like carrying a bulky camera so this is the perfect lens for me.

This lens is great, it works well in low light and can be used for fast paced movements and close up for a "macro" effect. The manual focus function is nice as well for when you really want to dial in on a subject.

I received this lens today and to my dismay, it was shipped in a bubble mailer. Like really?! The box was semi pushed in but lens seems to be physically ok. Will need to test it out to make sure it even works, but I’m not happy with how this was shipped!

If you're looking for a small compact lens for every day walking around, this one should definitely be considered! It's very compact and light and the quality is pretty good for the price. It's small enough to carry around all the time and your back will thank you. It's also good to vlog with because it's wider than usual (35mm) but if you have short arms, you might need to go wider than this 24mm lens. I like the build quality; does not feel cheap.

Bought this lens to pair with a Sony A7CR camera. The max f2.8 aperture is slow for a prime lens, but being an older photographer, I gladly gave up a stop or two for a quality, small light weight lens. Light doesn’t mean plasticy. Metal construction and weather resistance is first class. Optically, the lens stands up to the camera’s high resolution.

Picked this up for my Sony A7Sii + Ronin M setup. Needed an affordable, light-weight, compact wide angle lens and this accomplishes that. Sharp and I can finally use auto-focus over my Nikon lens.

Got this to pair with my sony A7C. This setup is so lightweight for an everyday carry type of setup. Build quality is excellent as expected. And now I am tempted to get the 50mm too.

Don't let the size fool you. This small lens is incredibly sharp. It's lightweight nature makes it extremely portable and a great lens for travel and events. Priced right this is a lot of value for the quality.

Perfect little lens. Wide enough to get plenty in the shot for street photography, still has plenty of bokeh for a portrait lens effect. Tiny and of course it's a Sony's G - so as sharp as you would expect. Kind of wraps up most of what I need to do. Very satisfied, thank you Sony!

This lens is so amazing. When I put it on my camera, instantly, the image looks like real life. If I want to take a picture of a flower, boom, there's a flower! If I want to take a picture of a birthday cake, guess what... there it is!

Had this lens. Returned it. Bought it again. I feel like there’s not better 24mm Sony lens for video. No focus breathing as sharp.

I bought this lens to complement a 50mm lens I already had for my a7IV. I wanted a wide angle lens for both landscapes and astro photography. This lens accomplishes both quite well.

Sony has been doing amazing job with all of their new lenses. much more tinier than I was expecting amazing to get this speed and quality out of a lens of this size.
