    Super easy to install and get set up. Tested with putting the sensor against various water scenarios and it works good. We did have it randomly alert us one time so far (assuming false positive, there was zero dampness/water) but other than it, its been a good product and plan on buying more for our other sinks.

    These are great and easy to setup. However, I ordered these to monitor the basement area and remotely notify my phone if a leak, but they can’t transmit that far. Mfg told me they have a range of 40”.

    It does not mention whether I can test it with water poured before installing. Not sure whether it will work or not. Compared with similar product, it is overpriced.
