I've had it over a year and every time I use it, I think that I should write a review. It is expensive, but some things are worth the price. If anything ever does go wrong, I would spend the money again. The performance is so much better than the cheap one I had. My daughter said that it beats the one in her work place by far, and she works in an accounting office. The pieces of paper left behind are so fine they could never be puzzled together.

My only objection is that some of the important parts are made of flimsy plastic. I had to send the first one back because of broken parts. Other than that this is an excellent shredder. I would recommend but be careful sliding the trash can back after cleaning.
