    This shredder works great. Easy to use doesn’t jam and if it does it is easy to fix. Great product for the cost!

    I can’t believe I just paid this much for a paper shredder with no casters. It was to go in an office with carpet but now it can’t because the drawer doesn’t open easily on carpeted floors. Waited too long to open the box and can’t return it. Also can’t believe Fellowes put holes in the bottom of the shredder as if for casters but doesn’t actually sell casters for this shredder. Disappointed in Fellowes.

    This is my second Fellowes shredder. Had the first one for 12 years. Loved it too but it stopped working and was not a crosscut.

    Product worked great out of the box for about one bin full. Emptied bin and then went to use it the next day, and product would not work. Checked all troubleshooting hints in product manuals to no avail. Had to return to store. Frustrating that this product did not run again past one full bin of shredding.
