An average crooked cop flick

A hodgepodge

Wouldn't waste my time on a second viewing of this film. Which, I would have just rented it or Netflixed it!

Great Unique Black Comedy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is one of the few Black Comedies that I find very funny. I would compare it to Bad Lieutenant Port of Call New Orleans with Nicolas Cage. The comedy is also similar to American Psycho but more drug related.
