If you liked FF Remake, this is a no-brainer. Combat has improved and the story is appropriately whacky.

The visuals, the music, the gameplay... its all exceptionally well done. This game is the full package.

I have been following Final Fantasy series since I was a kid and these modern twists on FFVII are simply amazing. The visuals are stunning and the gameplay is off the charts. Definitely take your time with this game and take every bit of the story in. I promise you, you will not regret it AND it will leave you wanting more.

Love the graphics the stories, amazing And the mini games are a must play

I read a review online that said, "This is the game I've been waiting to play since I was 17 years old." Couldn't have said it better. This game is grabbing me like nothing has since the FF games of the PS1 era. I probably couldn't choose between FF7, FF8, and FF9. They were all formational experiences that dominated my life multiple times over during the intervening years. FF7 Rebirth joins that pantheon in spectacular fashion.

With that in mind, its a great way to modernize the game. The fighting mechanics are great and lets you interact with the characters in a way you never could have imagined. For those who just wanted them to make the same game with updated graphics, I understand your feels. But this is an excellent game. Can’t wait for more. I hope they plan to remake some of the other great games they have made.

Amazing even for someone who ha snot played the original. It's nice to be able to see the next part of the story, although a bit bogged down by way too many mini games and fluff to make the game long.

This game embodies the very essense of when I originally played Final Fantasy VII on Playstation. Its brilliant and has been brought up to a current time interpretation. I love the changes to this game. The combat is just as good, if not better. The ability to team attacks with members is a good addition. All the small nuisances and exploration of areas never thougbt imaginable is crazy. Top tier sequel.

One of the best rpg games of all time! Great story and visuals

A good installment to the ongoing Final Fantasy compilation. The game offers plenty of things to keep you busy and offers new and old ideas. Unfortunately, the open world is underwhelming and a bit superficial. The OST is good, but is not as memorable a Remake. The game still provides an enjoyable experience, just not one that IMO is a strong contender for Game of the Year.

amazing game, even with some infuriating minigames, still put over 100 hours into the game

I got this game on sale for 55 dollars, but this game is also worth it at 70 dollars. I could never get into the original ps1 game, but this game exceeded my expectations. This makes the ff7 remake look like a demo. It's really that good. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes jrpgs or action rpgs. This game made owning my ps5 finally worth it.

Im not a fan of some of the mini games but this game improves upon final fantasy remake.
