Late delivery, I didn’t received it on the release date despite I preordered it 6 months the game’s launch. The customer service on X helped me to deliver the game disc again and I received it, so it’s okay this time. But I don’t understand why did they separately deliver the steelbook and game disc, 2 packages, it’s so wired

I had some initial difficulty with my preorder since the system unexpectedly canceled my order, but everyone at the store helped me to re order the product and provide me with customer service

I received a damaged item, the hinge inside the case, meant to hold the second disc, arrived broken. This raises serious concerns about the shipping process—how does something inside the case get damaged like this? While I’ve had discs come loose in the past, this is the first time I’ve received a case that’s physically damaged. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a lack of care during delivery. I expected much better and am deeply disappointed.

Delivery was late. Then case came cracked. I don’t even know what to say anymore. They can’t t pack. Throw in some crunched up paper would have protected it better.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is hands-down the most immersive, fun, and challenging game I’ve ever played. The world-building pulls you in immediately, and the combat system is a perfect blend of strategy and excitement, keeping every fight fresh and rewarding. The game also weaves in humor and clever character moments that make the experience feel lighthearted at times, even amid intense battles. I’ve never been so invested in a game—it's truly a masterpiece that sets the bar for RPGs. I loved it more than any other game I’ve ever played!

Story and characters are well presented and engaging. I never get tired of character interactions, especially among the main party.
The combat is what shines above all else. Everyone feels good to play, staggering enemies is satisfying, and having proper defensive options like perfect blocking and dodging makes this feel like a more proper action game than Remake. The role playing aspects are also well done; with a variety of materia builds, new skills to learn, and different combinations of party members.
The mini games can feel too much sometimes. With how fun the combat is, it can start to feel grating to spend so much time doing other tasks but then you get rewards that work towards making the combat more fun, so there’s enough incentive. The card game, Queen’s Blood, turned out to be good fun, tho. Collecting more cards and developing a powerful deck is cathartic when dominating the other players you come across
Environments are varied and interesting with plenty of different enemies to battle; the music is incredible in its production value and there’s not a single track I’ve heard that I thought sounded bad.
I’m about 60% through the game’s story with 60 hours clocked in; no feelings of burnout or getting bored. I always look forward to when I can start it up and experience more of the game.

I played the original Final Fantasy VII back in the day, so I came into this version with a lot of love and honestly, some skepticism. But this game exceeded my expectations. It feels like the story I remember, just brought to life in a way I never thought was possible.
The characters feel deeper and more human, and moments I remember from the original hit even harder now. I appreciate how the game expands the world without losing the heart of what made the original special. Exploration feels rewarding, and the combat is engaging without being overwhelming.
I actually enjoy how this version takes its time. It lets you sit with the story and the characters instead of rushing through it. For someone who loved the original, this feels like both a tribute and a fresh experience.

Definitely a candidate for game of the year! Everything about this game is pretty close to perfection. The story is obviously chapter 2 in a three part series the creators decided to split one giant story into three parts for the remake... That being said this game is huge the milestone moments on this game are amazing and emotionally charged I have found myself reaching for a box of tissues a few times . The locations are masterfully re-imagined and they feel alive seeing all of these locations that I visited in my teens when the original game was released now fully realized and alive just makes one want to take a moment and just take it all in . The music is nothing short of magic. I would say that the music from this game if it were featured in a movie would no doubt win an academy award for best soundtrack. Gameplay is tight and responsive the characters are well acted and there's a sense of accomplishment when overcoming a big challenge this game is a definite must play even if you never played the original final fantasy 7 or the remake this game will make you a fan

The game play improve from the first part but exploration can be tedious. biggest issue is that game is bloated with mini games and they feel like low quality mobile games. And they over did it here. they instead should have use that budget to polish the main game, combat and other aspect. Story is decent (still think the original story is better) but without spoiling, I personally think it is getting convoluted. But still it is pretty decent.
