It didnt come with the metal case as it should have with the pre-order otherwise the game is good!

This one star is for Best buy service and promise of the steelbook bonus for FF7 rebirth, not for the game. the game itself is a 10 out of 10 amazing game. I went to Best buy to pre-order the game itself the associate named Timothy assured me that a steelbook was included with my purchase. To make sure I asked him to make a note on their system he assured me the note was made. When the release date arrived I went to pick up my game and there was no steelbook included unfortunately the associate wasn't working there cannot complain towards him directly. I was so upset from the deception in service that was given I returned my order minutes upon receiving it, I rather give my business elsewhere. I bought the game elsewhere and I loved it, it is a must have. a hundred Stars for square enix development team of final fantasy 7 rebirth.

The game itself is good; review is primarily on Best Buy's part. Preordered the game a while back. For some reason the preorder was cancelled at the beginning of February and was told this was in error and would have to place the order again. I did so. When I picked up the game on release day; the steelbook case wasn't with it. I asked the sales rep about this and he said I'll get it "sometime later". and really had a attitude that he couldn't care. Customer service hasn't been able to get an answer for me for when/if I'll ever get it. Feels like a bait and switch. I'll probably preorder games with collectors bonuses elsewhere in the future.
