They don’t honor the pre order rewards. Why purchase the game here? Can’t bring myself to give such a good game a 1 star, but specifically from here, I would just get it somewhere else. Will update if someone sees this and honors the steelbook that the preorder promised.

Awesome packing since was a gift . My son thinks game is challenging and gives it a thumbs up and that says a lot since he’s a gamer .

Game is great. Store is questionable. Canceled original order for no reason. Made some weird excuse about they added a free item which canceled my whole order. Had to call and make a new order. Free item was in store but told it wasnt available. Picked up half my order and recieved an email saying the rest of my order was available 1 hour later. Returned to pick up item twice and was told it wasnt in store. They canceled my item 3/7/24. I suspect emoyees are scamming customers on preorder bonus items in order to sell them later. Extremely dissappinted.

I pre ordered so I could get the steelbook but wasnt given one. Still a good game and happy its offered physically.

The game is amazing and one of the best I've ever played, but the way Best Buy handled the preorders and had extra steelbooks available when I went to pick up my copy, yet wouldn't give me the steelbook I preordered for... I returned my game an hour later and got it elsewhere. No reason to go through this company for the most part, I only ever buy anything from them if I have a gift card. And even then it's depressing. Going digital won't give you headaches like they do at their stores.

The game is amazing but Best Buy CS lied to me. First they said the game would arrive at my door on launch day which it didn’t, It took 7 days. Secondly I checked 5 times with the person on the line that this was a pre-order which would come with the exclusive steel case. I only ordered from Best Buy BECAUSE of the steel case. It did not come with one, just plastic. I cannot believe their CS team failed this horribly.

Received the game last week, did not get the steelbook that it was advertised with the pre-ordered. Waited a week, talk to a rep, and surprise surprise, they said they cannot issue it for me. This is the SECOND time that this has happened to me. The first time being with Crisis Core remastered. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me for giving BestBuy a second chance. Do better.

Love how BB deleted prior review. Tldl - Ontrac failed horribly 3 times and did not even call me back. My suspicion is the driver tried to deliver to the wrong address as I was home twice when the delivery was allegedly failed to deliver…Decided to do refund and will buy game elsewhere…whats the point of preordering if Ontrac/BB cant deliver?

Preordered this at bestbuy to ship to my house to play day of launch, preorder bonuses and for the limited edition steelbook. Didn’t get it day of launch got it next day with no steelbook. I returned it. Just bought digital copy on PSN. Will never preorder again from Best Buy. Side note FF7 Rebirth is awesome I’d give the game 5 stars.

Item came late did not include the preorder bonus that was offered on purchase. Customer service was awful made false promises and told me to visit in store and they would take care of me. They only offered a small discount for my time wasted and wrong item. Overall will never use Best Buy again.

i know its not their fault it didnt arrive but when i asked for a refund they charged me for the steel book case it comes with the game and i never got that either…

Game is a masterpiece. The service from Bestbuy was horrible though. Advertise to give a steel book as pre-order bonus but give us nothing, I should have ordered the game another outlet. Never order from Bestbuy again.

One of rhe reasons I pre ordered from best buy was because it was adverised to come with a steel book as a pre order bonus but when I got to the store, my steelbook wasn’t there and no one could explain why. Will not pre order from Best Buy again.

Received the package as expected but did not receive the steelbook for preordering. Now now one will give me any answers as to why I didn’t receive it.

This has happened a million times. They remove the steelbook preorder bonus and pretend it wasn’t included. Bestbuy is good at gaslighting.
