I preordered cuz said that if you pre ordered here you get a steelbook but did not recieved it

Did not come with the preorder and was packaged badly. My case came bent. Customer representative did not want to send me a replacement.

I preordered and I haven't gotten my tifa/aerith/sephiroth case cover because they "ran out" and told me to look out for an email regarding that. 2 weeks later still nothing.

Pre-ordered this game, did not ship day before like was supposed to, nor did it ship the day of, in fact it never shipped at all, but best buy gave a refund at least.

Best buy keeps deleting my review, i didnt receive my steel book as they promised. False advertising.

Too many minigames. The open world stuff is a waste of time. Much prefer Remake.

This is without a doubt one of my all-time favorite games that's ever been made! Square took everything that there wasn't too like about FF7 Remake out, and just amped everything up to 10. You now have large OPEN areas to explore, with tons of side content to do in each area. The battle system still has the core gameplay from Remake, but adds synergy moves that make it ever more amazing. There's a ton of mini games here as well. Queens Blood card game can be so addicting if you let it! I've played just that alone for hour on end. The story is amazing, and I can't wait to see how Square finishes it off in the final game. If you are a Final Fantasy 7 fan, this is a MUST BUY game. You will not be disappointed!!!

Game gets a five but the customer service at Best Buy gets a one. Only reason I pre ordered the game thru Best Buy was for the pre order bonus yet when I picked it up was told I never ordered the pre order bonus will definitely never b pre ordering from them again

Best Buy asked for a review so here it is. Was promised a steelcase with pre-order and never recieved it. Everytime I get a hold of Best Buy customer service they are unable to provide any info and throw there hands up. Im done with Best Buy ✌

It was a game iv been waiting for for years now but bestbuy said it was supposed to come with a stealbook case no matter what versiom you buy i didint recive it called customer service and they said it was my fault THE CUSTOMER

I pre order this game with a purpose of having a steel case, but when I picked it up, they told me they didn’t have anymore That was the reason all the Pre Order otherwise I would’ve Pre Order the game somewhere else.

Gave bad review after store didn’t give me what I should have got. CS sucks couldn’t help. Then Besy But removed my first negative review. Not today!

Bestbuy canceled my preorder that i placed last year to receive the steelbook. This review is against bestbuy and not the game. Disappointed.

Its a great game.. but i lost the pre order bonuses becuase Besy Buy canceled my order wothout asking me and then refused to fix it
