Final Fantasy 12 is a classic, and one of the best in the franchise, and owes a lot of that to the two mechanics; licence boards and gambits. The freedom of building up characters with unique to class licences to unlock equipment and skills is a great base, and the gambits, which allow you to program your party members to behave as you want in the real time combat is immensely satisfying even all these years after release. Setting your party's gambits well, and watching the AI decemate a tough boss will always be a great gaming experience.

Fun to play. It was on sale which was quite nice too.

worth getting but not the prettiest of all the ports. if portability is important then it is well worth it. especially when it comes to grinding, portability is good to have.
