This is one of those albums where you can sit and listen,or just dance to.Common makes you think about what he's saying as he smoothly raps over beats by K-West(Kanye West)and the late J-Dilla.Common even hooks up with D'Angelo for the song "So far to go".Not really a lot of guest stars on this album but then again he doesn't need them.12 good songs from beginning to end.

What I mean by the title of this review is that this album is anything but common along with most things out there. Common is a rap veteran yet most people did not know about him untill he went more commerical. Don't worry he did't sell out, instead he kept his fluid rap and adapted to the times. This is not an album to miss. Some of my favorites include Drivin Me Crazy and I Want you but all the songs are very enjoying to listen to. Hope this helped, Peace.

Ever since Common has teamed up with Kanye he has been giving us good music. The CHI-Town rapper does what he was expected out of him since he dropped a classic with the album "Be". The album "Finding Forever" is another classic. Songs like "The Game", "The People" and "Start The Show" make the album a must have in your CD collection. The nice thing about the album is that it has good beats from J Dilla, will.i.am., and of course, Kanye West. It's a good buy.

I've really enjoy listening to this smooth groovin rap master. Commons raps with from the heart and with another master like Kanye producing those laid back easy listening beats....this album is a sure hit for common. I luv it much!!!

Overall, "Finding Forever" is one of the best Hip Hop albums of the year. The Album features artist such as Dwele, D-Angelo, Lilly Allen, and bilal. The singles "The People", and "The Game" prove that once again Hip-hop is still alive.

You gotta get this CD. Its one of Common's best CD's. If you are a Common fan or fan of Midwest/Chicagoland hip hop, you gotta cop this album. One!

Whenever I find out he's coming out with a new cd I buy it sight unseen, sound unheard and he never ceases to amaze me!!!! I love his beats, his lyrics, he's an intelligent, attractive, young man! Get his albums!!!!

This is one of the best albums from the last few years. For those who are tired of the commercialized, materialistic thing that mainstream hip-hop has become, this album will not disappoint.

There is NO reason NOT to buy this album. It went platinum for a reason! EVERY SINGLE SONG IS ILL! I seriously played this album alone for about 2 weeks straight when it was released.

this album was so smooth, it gives me goosebumps every time i listen to it. Maybe not as good as BE but, still very good in its own right. IMO Best Album of the Year for '07.

Common's flow on previous albums is unmatched, this album is no exception. Every song has meaning, something you don't see a lot now a days. Very good album.

GET IT NOW. Dont sleep on this CD. Common is under rated as a lyricist.

There are just a few good songs on this cd. Overall, I was a little disappointed.

I like Commons music, so i ran out and bought this on release day. I should have gone online first and listened to some samples. This was a total 180 turn on what Ive heard before. Not 1 song on the cd was one id listen to again. Im selling my copy to a 2nd hand dealer.
