I tried to return this unopened brand new (4 wks after I bought it) Apparently it is “unreturnable.” They only give you 15 days to return. Why would someone not just get it off Amazon?! I will not be shopping at Best Buy any longer.

He was able to learn very quickly how to maneuver his new tablet. This tablet gave him a sense of smartness and belonging. Thank you Best Buy! You've done it again.
