    Outstanding smoke and CO home alarm. Love that it links into your Ring security system so easily so you can track any issues in advance. We have a cabin in the mountains and put these alarms in both. Since they are remote in a rural area. Also put in our home locally.

      Hi Capricious, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We recommend you performing a reset to the detector. 1.- Open the battery drawer.
      2-Insert batteries (if batteries are already in hold drawer open for at least 5 seconds).
      3-Hold test button and close battery drawer while holding it (do not let go of the button yet).
      4-Wait to hear a first short beep.
      5-Once a long beep follows, wait 10 seconds and release the test button.
      6-Your ZCOMBO is now factory reset and can be paired.
