This company does not support their customers or their product. Shortly after initial install the ice maker stopped making ice. Put in a service request to get fixed, first company rejected the request, 2nd company rejected the request, so here I am over a month later waiting for a new appliance to be functional as intended. The ice function was $300 additional. I asked to escalate since it was taking so long, but was told there is no way to, just wait. They just keep "trying" to find a company to service. At this point, I just want the difference back for the ice maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
