Lots of selections of workouts and cool alternates to your typical workouts so it feels fresh and enticing. I like that it keeps track and have a choice to what goals to reach with cool graphics. Speaking of graphics, the models and settings are 3D rendered and it takes you into the future of Japanese perfection. And lastly you see results with doing it consistently.
