It's easy to use and sync. It's slim and light and you don't even know your wearing it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for one.

I have worn this every day since it arrived, it does everything that I need, lets me know when I have a call, text message and reminds me to get up and move. I like it so much that I just ordered one for my daughter.

The Alta is a great entry point for people who don't need all the high-end features of the Blaze or Surge. While Charge 2 is also a good device, it is quite a bit thicker and doesn't blend in as easily as the Alta does. Alta as an accessory works with all outfits (work, party, exercise, etc.). Alta has awesome features like Caller ID, text messaging, Sleep tracking, and calendar appointment notifications. Battery easily lasts 5 days for me and charging it is very quick, so it's never a hassle. Highly recommended!

Great way too track activity and the reminders to get up and move are very helpful when you get busy and forget to get up and take a walk.

This product not only tracks my steps and keeps me motivated and involved with other Fitbit users, but there are several extra features that make the product beneficial such as text and caller ID. The touchscreen is a great bonus!

It is very tiny and looks slick on the wrist. My wife likes it very much. It is her first fitness tracker and 100 % accuracy on tracking.

Great features include ability to receive texts (but hard to read them); reminders set for periods of time I chose to get up and move; love the inspirational messages that appear as I work toward my daily goal, and the fireworks that go off when I reach it. A lot of features in a little watch. The rubber irritated my skin but I put on lotion before the Fitbit and no more problem. Found it very tough to secure for the first few days, the holes are very tight on the band. Overall, I like this Fitbit a lot.

The Fitbit Alta is a great Fitness & Dleep tracking resource. It has an easily read small LED screen to see time, Steos, Calories, mins of exercise, etc. you do still have to go to the Fitbit App to see Sleep status info & expanded info on your exercise, but it still is a very good product. Has 5 band colors now, but more coming soon. Wear it all time.

I like that this one lets me know my text messages and incoming calls. It's a lot thinner than the charge HD so it's more comfortable.

I like the fitbit alta. The band keeps track of all activity and notifies me when i get a phone call or text message.

Easy to read, good support, looks sharp, and motivates me to step out every day. I have recommended to friends and they love it.

Overall Good Health Watch. Better Battery and Good Tracking. Sleep tracking is little off but steps and calories tracking is good.

Besides syncing with my phone which is awesome, I love that it prompts me gently to get up and walk. Examples are, "It's step o'clock" or "Feed me 54 steps". Of course I get up as my job is pretty sedentary. Then when I do, it says, "Easy peasy". I love it! It has a wide range of requests and encouragements. I wear it as a watch and can see the time in church or the movies if it's dark. What a great companion.

Great product, the most important thing about it? It's accurate (within reason, of course). That's really important -- and there are a lot of cheaper ones (I've tried 2 of them, wasted my money, unfortunately) but they won't make you happy. Fitbit is a leader in the industry and in my humble opinion it's deserved. One other thing -- the app for Fitbit is also really easy to use. Those other two I tried had garbage apps. Our family now has 3 fitbits, all different models, and we are all happy with them.

I bought this tracker for my wife for her birthday. She uses it to track her steps when she goes to the zoo and wild animal park. She also uses it to log her sleep patterns. She wears it all the time and loves it. I had a question for Fitbit customer service and they didn't know how to answer it. Would recommend hiring people that know the products they sell. Either hire someone who knows the product or train them.

Bought this product on sale for a smaller person. It is simple and elegant, and by all accounts a very good product for the price.

I lost my older fitbit and decided to purchase a new one - the Alta - when I saw them on sale at Best Buy. I have no regrets. I like the display of info on the Alta instead of just lights towards my progress on my old fitbit. I don't exercise but use the Fitbit to make sure that I keep active throughout the day and for linking to accounts like Walgreens for activity points. Since I don't exercise I didn't have a need for a heart rate monitor. It's very comfortable to wear. I definitely recommend.
