This is a great product. I bought this as gift for some one else and they love it. They do wish it had a little more functionality with their phone (apple iphone) but beyond that it’s great.

Good tracker, but gives skin rashes. Had to return it.

2nd Fitbit product. This Alta HR is the perfect upgrade for an old lady. There is a learning curve to all the bells & whistle as I sync it to my iPad, but a rewarding challenge. The band is not as comfortable as expected, but I’ve ordered a different style band.

I had used a pedometer on my phone for years but when the phone wasn't in my pocket, there was no record of movement. Now I am challenged to walk more and thus hope to use some of the other features more fully.

I love my Alta but the only thing that I have not been happy with is that the band seems to want to change color/stain/pick up colors—Within a month or so it just kind of has a dingy pink appearance I ended up getting a metal band off Amazon

I returned the fitbit and purchased this. I absolutely love it! It works great, it is reliable & does everything I want it to and it syncs up perfectly with the Samsung apps that I already use.

Very easy to use. Display provides ample information in a compact form. The only thing I have had a challenge with is attaching the charger; it isn't straightforward and takes some getting used to.

Glad I purchased the item. Pleased with it EXCEPT it is tempermental. You tap it to see the time, heart rate, etc., but it takes a few taps...sometimes 10 taps. I feel for the price, it should recognize the finger tap and light up. Overall, I am glad I purchased it.

I am amused at my reaction to get up and move. The Alta HR spurs me on to more activity when I sit too long at the computer. The stats for steps, sleep, miles, and calories expended do help to motivate me.

To soon to say if it will help me to be more fit. It was slightly hard to set up. It doesn't want to synch and it constantly says it can't find my device on my IPhone 7 or IPad. I have tired everything and it doesn't work. I have to constantly re-set the fit bit.

I'VE BEEN PUTTING IT OFF BUT FINALLY BOUGHT THIS FOR MY GIRLFRIEND AND SHE LOVES IT. ALREADY BOUGHT OTHER BANDS TO MATCH WHAT SHE'S WEARING. SHE LOVES ME MORE TODAY THAN YESTERDAY THANKS BEST BUY !

Bought it for my mother and she loves it so much! So versatile and perfectly rugged through water and bumps. The best purchase I've made for a gift!

I had a flex Fitbit but wanted one with a digital display. This one meets my expectations. It tells me the time, when I receive a text message or call, calendar notification in addition to how many steps.

After using a standard fitbit flex for a while the Fitbit ulta really felt like an upgrade. I also preferred the thin style as I have never been interested in wearing something large and thick on my wrist.

I LOVE my Fitbit Alta HR!! Some people say that the screen is too small to read, but I've never had a problem (and I have trifocals!!). Love that it tracks everything and that I can see my calls/texts!!

It is good but not as good as my Fit Bit Charge 2. Lack of button on side makes it difficult to easily see how you mount on wrist for quick reading and getting info on battery status easily without a Cell phone not possible, unless I am missing something

Works as described. Connected to app no problem. So far so good. Keeps me on track with my fitness. Only problem, calories burned seems VERY high. I don't think that is very accurate. But it is all good.

This is the third one I have thad two older models I had. the band broke on them so I decided to try this model and to see how the band would hold up. This one is made different and the band should last

Bought for my wife who preferred this over the Charge 2 I also purchased. We both had prior Fitbit's. Great product for the price and their software app is great. And they keep improving their products!
