This is my third Fitbit since they first came out. I have a black and a turquoise Fitbit. My first Fitbit stopped charging for some reason but as soon as I called the company they sent me a new one with no hassle at all. Just had to have it linked to the app so they could see the date that it quit charging on the app.

Did a lot of research and swaying back and forth between this and the new Apple Watch. Obviously the Apple Watch is leaps and bounds more feature packed. BUT that all comes at a price. A very large price. The main points that turned me off of the Apple Watch was inferior battery life (8hrs vs 5 days), inferior fitness capabilities and price. I bought the charge 2 for 130 on Black Friday. I think the Apple watches are 400. One of the main features I wanted a tracker for was heart rate. Charge 2 continuously tracks hr 24/7. Apple doesn't. Charge 2 and the Fitbit app make for a class leading fitness duo. Apple does fitness but it feels like more of a secondary feature vs a focus for Fitbit. I'm very pleased that I decided to go for a Fitbit.

The touch screen works well when it's needed. HR tracking is pretty reliable but sometimes I get no reading at all for a while. The only problem I had with this is that the standard band ended up getting bubbles in it and I had to replace it with the sports band.

Functional, lightweight, long lasting. I had the first generation Fitbit. This one far surpasses it. I had looked at the other Fitbits but this one had the features I was looking for. I don't have any complaints.

Does a good job recording steps. Heart rate seems accurate. I wish the user could change the vertical threshold for recording stairs climbed. At the unchangeable setting of 10 feet, it does not record most stair ascents in a house with only 8 foot ceilings.

I brought it as a gift for my husband. He likes it, but unfortunately is not waterproof.

Love to track my steps and my sleep and this does a very good job. I was told the previous model was good, but this is the newest and would recommend it to others-still have to learn all there is to learn about it.

Amazing featuring on this tracker- distance, steps, calories burned, sleep habits, silent alarm. You can get notifications for text messages and incoming calls. Keeps you motivated and on top of goals.

Just for motivation of getting it work and workout to do some activity . Helpful so far

This was a Christmas gift for my mom. It's very useful and keeps her moving. It's great because it keeps a track of her activity plus has a heart rate monitor so she can make sure she isn't over exerting herself.

This is my first fitness tracking product. Elegant design and functionality. I like it.

After owning a Garmin fitness tracker (which failed during warranty, and the replacement failed later), I am happy with my new Fitbit. The app is well designed and there are a lot of functions that can be tracked. I replaced the original band (too bulky) with a metallic one. I wish the device was thinner overall.

I love wearing my fitbit but I do wish they were made to withstand more wear and tear.

I upgraded to the Charge 2 because my Flex would no longer hold a charge. I like the features...but, after wearing my phone on a recent run and tracking the distance...I find that the step calculator on my Fit Bit are way off. Trying to recalibrate the fitbit is a little bit of a challenge ... but, I think once I get that done, I will really like it. I do like not having to wear a watch and my flex.

I owned the previous model and this one is a great upgrade and it does exactly what is promised. It checks your steps & heartrate to keep you on track with your fitness goals...Incredible battery life too!

I bought this for my wife and she loves it. She can get notifications for calls and messages from her android phone; she doesn't miss call much now. She can check her sleeping pattern and she really like that.

I bought this to keep track of my steps while at work. It works as intended. There are some nice features to it. Been able to track my sleep with it, I found out I am restless at night most nights. Sometimes it doesn't detect me sleeping at all, but that could be because I don't have the band on tight at night. The one thing I do not like about it is (and its me, I'm stubborn that way lol) it wants location services to be turned on in order to sync the device with my phone. I have that disabled and it throws a fit about it but it will update without location turned on. Other than that, I like it. I would recommend to any one who wants to keep track of steps or workout activities

After reading several different reviews I settled on the Fit Bit Charge 2. This does everything you need for basic health and exercise. This unit syncs to your phone very easily, will let you know when you should get up, and who is calling or texting you. The app helps you keep track of several things you should be doing or not. Sleep patterns, drinking, exercise periods, etc. The only complaint I had was the band, yes it's water proof, stays in place, and pretty sturdy, but I found it uncomfortable. Band replacement was a snap, now I am a super fan of this unit. There are other units with GPS, stride measurements, and all kinds of other measurements 95% of us will never use, this is the best unit for the money.

I enjoy my FItbit. It does a good job tracking my steps. And the reminder to get up and move is nice to have. Wish the heart rate was better. I believe the sleep is right on. I've watched the clock many nights and when I've reviewed in the morning it's spot on.
