Friend loved gift, used a lot

The only comment is that the band lasted about a year. Luckily, very nice, colorful replacement bands are easily available and she upgraded the look to more custom. Great buy and reliable on Best Buy, so love the decision to buy from here. There are tons of options of sellers.

The only bad thing I have to say is the Fitbit company no longer has the warranty with Bestbuy. This is terrible because I purchased the Fitbit for my mother-in-law who apparently is very rough with things and unusually get another one with the warranty. Now that there is no option for warranty I will no longer be using Fitbit. This was a bad move Fitbit company. I would not recommend this product only because of the warranty.
