Petty good with tracking workout activity. Pretty dialed in for heart rate. Terrible for notifications if you're using a 3rd party app like Go SMS Pro. No help from fitbit support, Best Buy or Geek Squad

I've been using a Nike Fuel Band since 2011 and had been wanting to get a new fitness band for the past couple of years. The old Nike band didn't really do much at all, but I always liked its super thin profile. Most of the smart watches today are really thick, and I have very small wrists. So I didn't want something huge on my wrist. I had been debating the Charge 2 & the Samsung Gear Fit 2 Pro. I wanted the Samsung more since it had more custom enhancements on the screen and was color. In the end, I decided to keep it simple instead and get the Charge 2. It had the smaller thickness of the two, it was on sale and cheaper, and used a gift card. I'm happy with the purchase.

This watch is great at recording my activity throughout the day. Getting used to wearing a watch again. This is a good way to do it.

I wear my Fitbit everyday. Love the app, especially how it tracks my sleep. Now I know why I wake up tired all the time. No sleep.

Excellent - purchased one for me and one for my husband - helps us to keep moving, and give excellent feedback on our sleeping habits

Replacing my old fit bit and so excited to see all the new features it has. I gave this one to my daughter for her birthday. She loves it also!

I wear this all the time, I like the way it tracks my day, showing me how much I walk. I do the 10,000 steps all most everyday.

I like this because I don't always have go to physically into my phone to see notifications, log an exercise, or see my steps.

So easy to set up. This time I bought the warranty. The face cracked. It’s sorta bulletproof other than that. Even worked with the crack

This fitbit bracelet is wonderful gives you the steps taken in the day and gives you a goal you need to meet depending on your weight, I love it.

Love all the features. Caller, message alert, alarms, along with heart rate and steps walked. I have more to learn to use to its potential. Have to charge about every 5 days is the only feature I dislike.

Purchased for my daughter and she loves having the ability to see where she's at with her activity goals. This is the second one I've purchased and I have absolutely no complaints. The band is comfortable and no skin irritation or rashes where it is worn. This is important because of an allergy to nickel. If it's in the device, it's no where near the skin (she would have had a reaction within a day or so of wearing it). The display is easy to read and the app that goes with it, for use on a mobile device is awesome and super user friendly.

So this is definitely a winner, she really seemed to like and although she eventually will move to an Apple Watch this is great.

My wife had the Fitbit One but decided she wanted this one because of the additional monitoring capabilities--heart rate, etc. She seems to like it

Bought two as prizes for weight loss challenge and the recipients love it. Great way to keep people motivated towards staying active.

I use this everyday to work out got it 2018 now its 2020 and i use it and love it use it alot to work out

The Fitbit Charge 2 is a good fitness tracker. It has several different modes to track the routine you choose . example run, elliptical, weights etc. relaxation breathing. I would recommend it highly.

A couple of my grand children have a Fitbit and thought it would be neat to have one to track my walking, exercise, heart rate etc. Good decision!!

The Fitbit Charge 2 is the best fitness wristband I have purchased. I have no complaints about it, does what it supposed to and keeps me motivated!

I had been wearing the fitbit charge -- this one is a very nice upgrade. Feels as if it is more solid, gives more bells and whistles as well.
