We are an active family with 2 kiddos. The kids love their Charge 2 by Fitbit. The app works on their basic phones and tracks more than they ever wanted. We have been repeat purchasers of this product, one for each kid!

Pros: good fitness tracker, lots of features, accompanying app is a little above average, price point is in line with similar products Cons: intermittent connectivity with Bluetooth at times, charger cable poorly designed as screen was scratched during charging session with screen facing down

I love my Charge HR. It reminds me when I need to walk or I can turn that off if I want. I like the band and face better than my old Charge. I only wish it could count my steps when I do aquarobics. That is my one problem. I can't get accurate exercise and steps. Other wise it is super!

This is the third Fitbit that I have owned. I started with a Flex, than the Charge HR, and finally this one. I like the fact that I can change everything the bracelet on this one. I like being able to change the face. The reason for four stars and not five is it does not always track stairs correctly.

This fitbit is a big step up from the previous generation. I have stuck with FitBit because I like the app and software. That said I have been unhappy with their build quality and reliability. This seems to be a step in the right direction and I look forward to it working well for a long time.

Great product. I bought it as a gift for my wife. I own a first generation version. Fitbit has definitely refined the new model. Still works great. Great app interface. Truly helps in accomplishing eating and exercise goals.

I bought this to keep track of my heart rate primarily. I am disappointed in that respect. Many times when I'm exercising, the watch can't register my heart rate bc I'm sweating. And bc I sweat when I exercise, the lack of the ability to read my heart rate is a constant problem. The step counting seemed accurate enough. But that metric is pretty useless in terms of your heath. The app to the watch is very good. Many people begin to break out when they wear the watch, and it happened to me as well, I think bc I wore it at night as well (the watch measures and tracks your sleep patterns), and only took it off to shower and clean it. Overall it is good for what it is--a time keeper and step counter. If that is all you want, then this watch is a buy. If you were looking for anything else, I would keep looking.

I am very pleased with this FITBIT. I bought the large, and it does run large. If you are right in the middle on size, go with the small, I wish I did. It works great and I have worn it every day. I highly recommend it.

This was a replacement purchase for the wife. The first one stopped charging after a couple of months. The wife may have got it wet, but best buy replaced it with no problems. Everything works as claimed. Love the sleep information.

As advertised - this is a great "middle of the road" fitness tracker. It has a few more options than a basic tracker, but not the expensive options I don't need. Also like the interchangeable bands. 2 months in, and working well.

Went back and forth between the Alta HR and the Charge 2. Ultimately it came down to the side button on the Charge 2 which helps navigate thru options a little quicker. I also like the size of the Charge. The Alta seems like a better Fitbit for a female or a user who prefers a slimmer tracker.

I had a Charge HR and chose to upgrade to the new Charge 2 and I love it. I like how it reminds you to get up and move. I have a job where I sit most of the day and it helps me get more steps in. I would recommend this Fitbit

If your debating between the original charge HR or charge HR2, go with a much better upgrade in the HR2. The band's haven't fallen apart like the original, and on the HR2 you can change band colors if you want (separate purchase)

I love that it gives you reminders to be active. I also love the challenges between family and friends. The challenges get me walking when i see where I rank in our weekly challenge instead of sitting and watching the t.v.

i bought an optional leather band and made this the perfect watch. Still does what i need without looking too big on my wrist. -- And still going after 2 years with no problems

I've been wearing it everyday and using the companion phone app to track food. I've turned my lifestyle around and have been going a month strong on being more fit. Definitely wouldn't have done it without having the Charge 2

The Charge 2 + HR is easy to use and great for long distance jogs (it is equipped with GPS), for the gym, and just to wear. It syncs with my iPhone making it more convenient to keep track of my progress.

So far so good. My wife is very happy with the features and usability. She also likes the Fitbit challenges. I am reticent to give 5 stars as the last version of this did not last. Even the replacements failed. Customer service was terrible. So we shall see if I can change my rating.

The FitBit Charge 2 has different components which make it versatile for the user. It can be worn as a watch. You can use it to record weight and the amount of wate consumed. Heart rate and other things can be monitored as well.
