This was bought as a present and the person who got it likes it. He had an older model where the leather was coming apart and wanted a better model. This model corrects the problems with the older model.

Bought this for my 83 year old grandpa who needs to walk around to rehab his knee after surgery, but so he would not overdo it. He loves it and told me it actually makes the exercise he doesn't like to do fun.

I have used this product for more than a month, it has got me up and making me more active. In other words I move more because it tells me to get up and move with a little humor. Now that I move more I feel healthier. I'm not sure the heart rate monitor is that accurate.

Haven't fully utilized all its feature yet, but the step count, mileage and weekly exercise goal setting and tracking are great motivators to move and improve. Fun to use not to mention a good looking watch.

I upgraded from the Charge HR. This model was designed with the previous one flaws in mind. The removable and interchangeable band is a great convenience. I would definitely tell everyone about this tracker.

I bought this tracker for my wife. She is very happy. This is a great tracker and got a very good deal from Best Buy. I can't thing buying electronics from any store other than Best Buy

Main reasons for purchase was step and sleep tracking. Sleep function is all over the place not stable enough to provide any worth while data. Had a Withings tracker prior to this and it did quite well.

I like the new charger and the band is a lot more sturdy than the hr. Unfortunately the ban seems to get sweaty and smelly easily and is a little difficult to clean without damaging. I'd love it if this was waterproof.

This is my first time using Fitbit and I really like it. I started going to the gym and eating healthy to lose some weight and I like that this keeps up with everything I do. It also syncs with MyFitnessPal.

This was my first fitness band purchased! I love all of the tracking system it keeps. The only thing I don't care for is the band itself. I prefer more band options material wise. Great for the fitness conscious person!

I previously used the Fitbit Charge HR, which worked well, but the Charge 2 is a nice upgrade including signaling me of phone calls, text messages, and reminders. Improved screen as well, which is customizable.

This is my 3rd fitbit - they have been great. However with this one it is a bit wider that the last two and the wrist band is huge - I think they increased the circumference on the large from the HR to the 2.

I had purchased a Fitbit before and it lasted me for quite a few years but it broke. It was purchased from another store, but this time I bought one from Best Buy and I Love, Love, Love it.

Steps were inaccurate, upgraded to the Fitbit Blaze.

Upgraded from my old FitBit to be able to have text message & phone notification. Surprisingly happy with the additional features. Love the changeable band - will be ordering alternate colors soon.

I am an avid Fitbit user and this is the newest one in my collection. Sometimes this one doesn't turn on when I raise my wrist but a couple taps solves that. I like how slim this one is so it's not obtrusive.

Would highly recommend, the device. The application is packed with a ton of features and I particularly like the sleep monitor as I have been able to determine what keeps me up at night vs. what enables me to sleep peacefully tonight i.e. diet, alcohol consumption, etc.

Bought this as a gift for my wife. Works exactly as advertised and provides the feed back she was looking for. Her only objection is when wearing a winter coat the wristband of the coat presses the fitbit tightly against her wrist and causes slight discomfort.

As a satisfied of the original Charge HR, I was skeptical to upgrade. I can safely say, I'm happy with my purchase of this new model. The screen looks great, it's simple with a great app/web interface to manage the data you collect. Best fitness watch on the market.
