I bought this watch for my mom to keep track of heart rate and we are both kind of disappointed with how inaccurate it seems to be compared to my Apple Watch. Now, we realize the price difference between the two but still. Also, it has a very limited interface. I would recommend going with a Smarter “smart watch” like either the Apple Watch or even some of the fit bits that have a square watch face. If your wanting a limited activity watch and don’t care about having many different features or it’s interface than this may be the watch for you. Also, apparently you can’t even turn the thing off either only do a “reset”

This Fitbit hr2 charge was a replacement for my original charge. Love the improved display. Much easier to read especially outdoors. The added exercises make keeping fit more fun

I love the new band and features on the Fitbit Charge 2 , I now can use it for more than just running or walking , I can use it for my weight lifting and that is important to me !

The Fitbit allows access on your smartphone and online to keep track of your activities. Nice color and good screen display. I had older version and upgraded.

I made this purchase as gifts for the holidays, they both love the product. My only issue was the lack of employees that were available and knowledgeable of the product.

Don’t pay all that money for Apple Watch this fit bit is the best. I have had mine for a year. Bought two for gifts and buying two more this Christmas for gifts!

It tracks well but I had to trade in the first one after about two weeks because it stopped syncing. I definitely recommend purchasing the extended coverage offered so if it fails, as mine did, you will get a replacement (like I did).

Bought this as a raffle prize last year. I did not hear any issues with it. The 5 stars was for the ease in purchasing online and no hassle with this purchase.

I have had no issues with the new FitBit Charge 2. The wrist adjustment is more secure and the data appear to be relatively accurate. It doubles as a watch, which is also handy.

Overall improvements to the fitbit are very good. Heart monitor and sync with other devices allows flexibility. Band is comfortable and warranty offers free replacement.

Received this for Christmas, talking about making a change in my lifestyle .. knowing I now walk more than before benefits both my health and insurance cost.

the only problem I experienced is with the wrist band, it broke and had to call fitbit to have the warranty send me a new wrist band. Apparently this happens often

I enjoy my Fit Bit, but I do not think it is always accurate. I had my heart rate checked at the doctor and my heart rate was 76 and my fit bit said 86. Anyway it is still fun and helpful.

I bought this for my mom for mother's day and it it was such delight watching her scream while opening her present. She is using it well and appreciates all the cool features, besides helping her keep up with her walk goals. Great buy.

I already have the charge HR and liked it but the new charge 2 is even better! I really like the interval training feature and the easier to read display but not huge like the surge

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He is still learning how to work it, but he is really enjoying it. He likes to see the "numbers" as that shows him what he has accomplished.

There are other, better, activity trackers out there, but the person this was purchased for really wanted a Fitbit. Paid $130 at the time and they seem to enjoy it. Wish it was waterproof.

I Really liked the function and all the tracking of this fitbitt. Screen access at the touch of a button is good instead of hoping in will come on when I raise my wrist which rarely works. Band and size of fitbit was just too bulky.
