I bought this after having to return a Garmin Vivosmart HR+ due to the wristband detaching from the device. This happened to two separate Garmin at about the six month mark. I thought that the removable wristband on this was a good solution to that problem, and I have been happy with that aspect. However, the Fitbit does not deliver in many key areas. I haven't yet figured out how to move my wrist properly so that the display comes on- so that I can check the time without having to use my other hand to press the button, for example. While that is a minor nuisance, there is a much deeper problem with the Fitbit. It does not sync regularly with my smartphone (only once per week on average), and trying to manually sync is a tedious and frustrating process- a combination of turning the Bluetooth off and on several times and having both devices searching for several minutes, or longer. My wife has the same model Fitbit and an identical phone, and does not have this problem. Because of this syncing issue, I do not get timely feedback on my dashboard, nor do I get notification on the Fitbit when I receive a phone call or message. Without these features working consistently, I have to question the value of this device. Even though the Garmin fell apart after 6 months, it delivered on all of its features without a problem. So while I want to be happy with my purchase, it seems that I could just buy a throwaway $10 watch at Walmart and get the same features as I currently get from the Fitbit- and I would be able to read the time anytime I wanted!

Overall i love it, and the extra help it gives me in working on my fitness goals. Able to display different watch faces, though some are quite small in reading your stats.

I had the jawbone up 3 for two years and this one is way better. It tracks better and has way more options, plus the added screen it really really helpful, super comfortable.

I love my Fitbit. I wear it all the time. I like how it sync with my phone. I like how it automatically tracks my workout when using gym equipment. The app is amazing also.

The Fitbit dashboard offers many options on what I want to track be it weight, sleep, eating or activities all with multiple tracking options within each category ... great.

Step up from HR. I love the interchangeable band and the fact that the band is lasting longer. Also, love accuracy of my HR2 tracking everything! One for me & one for Mom!

I bought this to help track my exercise as well as my heart rate. It works perfectly. The only complaint i have is that when driving it keeps tracking as if im walking.

Bought for my husband for tracking steps. He now walks everyday at lunchtime to ensure he reaches 10,000 steps. Before he would just sit at his desk. Great motivation tool!

Im in love with this watch because it helps me keep up with my steps calories burned. I like how the watch keeps reminding you to keep active all day to keep your goals....

Everything I expected, very reliable and works great with my iphone. Has been a huge eye opener to learn my daily patterns and has helped me stay moving and to keep active!

I bought this for my mother and she absolutely loves it! She can easily read texts without fishing for her phone and she is really big on counting steps now. It has her getting out of the house more

The first charge 2 that I purchased from Best Buy would not charge with their charging device. they sent me a new charging device that wasn't the problem. Best Buy returned it and gave me a new fitbit and the new Fitbit works fine.

It's a great fitness watch to keep you on track with your fitness. Reminds you when you need to move around, can track how much you burn during your workout and much more.

It is great for people who need help with keeping track of calories in vs. calories out. It has helped me stay on track for food consumption and workout plans.

Sometimes the tracker has syncing issues with My Fitness pal. I need them to work together. I do not like the way the fitbit app tracks food. There is no comparision with My fitness pal for food tracking.

I've had my Charge2 for 2 years and it's still one of the best devices I've had in several years. It's consistent and doesn't miss a beat! Love it!

this Charge 2 has been working much better than the first one that came out. I like that I get to see incoming calls, as well as my text messages. no complaints so far.

Received this as a Christmas present. l love the fact that I get little prompts to take a walk or only 200 more steps to go before I get a reward. It's motivational for me.

I bought this for my boyfriend. I bought mine about a year and a half ago. It still works great. Not 100% accurate, but great for monitoring patterns. Good fit.

I replaced a Fitbit HR with the Charge 2 and like its expanded capabilities. I would prefert that the notification vibration was a bit more noticeable as it was on the HR.
