I went through two HR models in less than 18 months as the unit kept separating from the band. The Charge 2 has a replaceable band so it should last longer. I like the larger display and the longer cord on the USB charger.

I had it for not even a year and the hr sensor was failing also it was very difficult to charge, I had to find the right position for it to charge and sometimes I could wake up to a non charged watch.

I have used this for 2 years. It’s had multiple hard resets due to update issues. Think my next fitness tracker would be a Apple product vs Fitbit!

I've used Fitbit for a number of years and like what this one does. I don't need a smartwatch and for this price this meets my needs.

We have had several types of fitbit... charge, charge2 and 3. Overall a good product. the bands all break over time and we have to get a new one online. Not too bad I suppose

It is everything I was expecting. It is light weight and comfortable to wear. If you are disciplined enough to put in the data each, it is a great tool.

Love my Fitbit! In combination with the app, I'm given an ample amount of helpful information along with encouragement and lifestyle suggestions! The only drawback is battery life but not enough to keep from purchasing!

I love that I can see who is texting or calling on the screen. No problems at all with device. Getting one for my kids. We all have fun tracking our steps and sleep

I've had fitbit fitness watches before and this one is another step up. I continue to be impresses with how much fun the fitbit app can make achieving step goals.

I have had this a year or longer and love it. Only thing I would change is the size, I like the features but the size is larger than I would like.

They have done a better job with this second version of the Charge HR. The first one was good, but this one is so much better!! Only issue with this one is that the Heart Rate doesn't always register when I get sweaty.

Bought this product as a Christmas present. It works great as a basic fitness wearable.It comfortable to wear during day time or at night (to track sleeping)
