This fit bit is highly recommended but sometimes the heart rate feature stops working, but when I hook it up to the computer and do a factory reset , it works again.

The sales personnel made my purchase enjoyable. They explained everything and even demonstrated them for me.

I used it for a couple of weeks on one road run and several treadmill sessions. The treadmill session results on the fitbit vary all over the map even though my routine is almost the same. I have a small wrist, and maybe that's the issue. It also doesn't respond well to hand movement (to turn on the display) or taps. The smartphone app doesn't show much useful detail, although the PC website displays data in a more logical format. I think if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have bought it.

This so far seems more reliable than the first styles that came out a few years ago. No issues after five months.

The Fitbit Charge 2 is the best I've had to date. Does exactly what it's supposed to do. Syncs easily with an iPhone,has many useful functions and looks great too.

Purchased my fitbit and have been 100% satisfied with it. The features in the latest fitbit update are great as well.

Bought for my husband as an upgrade to his Charge HR and it's great. Love the interchangeable bands and extra options.

Affordable Price! Not durable band, I have had to replace the band twice already:( Overall my wife loved it!

The Charge 2 is a nice upgrade from the Charge HR, and the actual charging cable connects to the tracker much easier.

FitBit motivates me to want to get up and move,it makes me want to reach my daily step goal each day ...Love It!!!

I really enjoy this fit bit . I like that when you haven't moved for a few minutes it will tell you to get moving.

Lost my old Fitbit - Charge 2 Activity Tracker + Heart Rate (Large) - Plum Silver. Had to buy a new one.

Display is really easy to read. Like the text messages scrolling across Much improved over the first HR I had.

Use it every day and a piece of the product was missing. Called fitbit directly and they mailed me the missing item.

I bought the charge 2 to replace the Fitbit blaze. It's a good replacement just wish I had controls for my music like the blaze but I can live without that feature.

I had one of the original Charge 2's but the strap broke. I am glad they redesigned the watch and now you can even change the band colors whenever you want.
