    I love being able to preview texts and calls on the fitbit. I feel the heart rate tracker seems off a lot.

    I've enjoyed my Charge 2 while I've had and bought some extra colored bands from Amazon to change up the look. It provides a good amount of useful information in the app and on the display. It's also comfortable on the wrist. However, after using it for 15 months now I'm going to have to give just 1 star due to the battery is now dead and no longer holds a charge. I think like most small electronic devices like our phones, BT headsets, etc. battery life should be at least 3 years. It would seem odd that as the consumer, that I would have to purchase a new Fitbit every year? Does this seem practical for the average person? I don't think so. I doubt I will buy another Fitbit and will look at other options to replace this unit now.
