    So this was my second FitBit. My wife bought me the first one and I lost it since the strap wasn’t secure. It was the low-end tracker. When I upgraded to a better version it worked for just over a year and it just died. When I called FitBit to tell them what happened, they said “sorry, we can’t replace it but we can give a 20% discount on your next purchase.” I said, “No thanks.” I sprung for a REAL brand and got myself a Samsung tracker. FitBit products are temporary trackers that have decent software but terrible quality and pathetic durability. Buy a real quality brand watch/tracker and insure it.
