Doesn't count stairs accurately. I tried three different Charge 2s and they all sky rocket when I use my elliptical. I would climb 6 flights of stairs and then jump on my elliptical and it would go crazy saying I did 32 flights of stairs. It was okay if you're concerned with steps, but not a top performer.

It sometimes goes back to set up setting.. not as accurate as I would like.

Good product, but lacks step tracking accuracy. I prefer the Apple watch

I find that this Fitbit Charge 2 is made better then the original one.

Replaceable band. More usable features. Get text alerts.

Had to go on line for startup info; a bit confusing, Works fine.

Seldom gives me credit for going up stairs unless I march almost touching my knees to my chin. At least a third of my steps aren't counted. Sleep info is interesting and the only positive about fitbit. Pedometer works better.

No issues, Product delivered what it advertised at all times.

Works good most of the time. Doesn't record sleep accurately.

It does what it says it does. So far it holds up to what it says.
