Jury is still out on the products we bought

We are waiting now for service to schedule a time to come back and get our products working correctly. The TV and the Receiver click off approximately every two minutes. We called 1-800-Geek Squad tonight and just as we had completed describing our issues to the service agent, she stated that she was going to transfer us over to a Magnolia Technical Service technician, the phone call went to recording stating that the store had just closed and it gave us the store hours. The time was exactly 6:30 PM. We are not happy campers. I tried to go to your website to describe these problems to "Customer Service" and could not find a place to enter my customer service issues.
