    There is a design flaw in this product. Fitbit is aware of this yet they will not do anything to fix it. They refuse to replace the watch and only send you a replacement band. I have gone through two bands already and am being sent a third one, which is on back order and will take 5 weeks. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
