I find the Fitbit Charge 2 helpful when exercising.

The wrist band is difficult, for some reason my sunglasses cause the face to be hard to read at times. It cracked and the company will just send what they call the "Pebble" instead of replacing the whole watch.. maybe my last fitbit.

Annoying that you have to have your phone on you to change auto on settings. It’s like wearing a flashlight that randomly turns on at night, if you forget to toggle it off. Not an accurate pulse read. Charts are borderline useless.

I really like that I can get message notification.

Did not track stairs accurately. I adjusted the settings several times using solutions that I found online. None worked. I also didn't like that the display lights up every time you raise your arm. Other than that it was easy to use and has a nice app.

After a week had to reset it because it would not talk to my BT. After about 3 weeks the HRTM has died so I will have to figure out how to get it working again or send it back. It would be nice if Best Buy had a better return policy, 15 days is not a good thing. To reset you have to dig to find it. Plug it in to charge and then hold the "button" in for about 10 sections. The logo will flash and it should be basically good as new. If you need a good vanilla tracker at a good price this is it. If you are tech savvy this is also a good tracker. If you are afraid to play with this you may have a few headaches. Is a fairly good tracker. It does a good job. Has good versatility and a lot of accessories.

I like the Fitbit, the only thing I don't like is the wrist band pops open sometimes. Even though the clasp is tight. I think because the bands are interchangeable. Makes me worry I might rub my wrist against something and it fall off and I wouldn't know.

I have own this product for two years now and would recommend saving your money and using an apple or android type of watch as the technology is now more advance and the support when troubles arise from Fitbit have been subpar.

New improve fit bit Charge 2. I hope this one lasts longer the first one died in a couple years. Enjoy the overall functionality of the product just disappointed that it only lasted a couple years. Hopefully the new version last longer
