Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

    Uncomfortable and inaccurate

I figured I would try the fit bit out due to advertising thinking it was as accurate as it was portrayed in the ads, but it ended up being more uncomfortable than the last watch I owned and giving false readings for heart rate and steps taken! On one night in particular, as I was driving my semi, the fit bit recorded over 8000 steps taken in a 71 mile drive from where I picked up a trailer to where I dropped it off and it seemed to count a few hundred extra steps when I compared it to my cell phone with the health tracker app activated!

Need more time with it but one negative is the battery life, not good. Would like to review again when fully utilized. Will probably keep it based on the decent price I got it for ($99). So far use it for basics like heart rate, steps.

We had several fitbits that we have had to return. Mostly the failures with the display, coming separated from the band. The next one the band broke. Ugh: my wife still wants another....

    Fitbit Charge 2 ok

The product does what it is supposed to do at about 80% of the time. My only issue with it is that sometimes it doesn't pickup the heart rate at all, especially if I'm sweating from working out. Still I would recommend it. Quirks and all.

This is my third Charge 2 fitbit, it works great but after a few months they always seem to stop sending my messages and reminders through. Warranty has always replaced it but it is kind of annoying to keep replacing it every few months

    Nice and Slim, but Inacurate

Very comfortable. Fits nicely. However, heart beat rate and step count are not accurate. It's recording a heart beat even when I take it off. It also shows that I run a marathon once per day. Well, it is counting my drive from and to work.

Everything worked for about a week. Then the heart rate monitor stopped syncing with the dashboard on my phone. The heart monitor is why I bought the Fitbit in the first place. Disappointed.

I haven't used this long enough to give a fair summary. I originally set us to use on my right wrist & would like to change it to the left - I haven't figured out how to do this yet. I got instructions from Fitbit but it didn't work for me.

It's thicker than I thought so it gets in the way when writing or typing. I would like something a little thinner for the band. I would recommend it to others if the band was thinner.

Reason I'm giving it a 3 star is because I had a problem with an allergy to the band and I could not return it. They offered to give me another but it would do the same thing. It is nice to have but I don't feel it is very accurate

The band separated from the display and the battery wouldn't hold a charge after about 9 months of use. I recieved a new one from Fitbit and it did the same thing.

The best thing about this watch is it gets you mobile. What I don't understand is how I can be eating at a restaurant and attain an additional 80+ steps when I haven't moved the entire meal; something not quite right about that. :-)

Bought this fitbit to track my steps. Works for what I needed. The only thing I have a complain about is the straps didn't last. They broke about a month after purchase. Bought replacement straps on Amazon.

The Fitbit is nice but unfortunately every time you move the arm that it is on (whether walking or not) it counts it as a step so it’s not accurate at all. Also the heart rate is not accurate a lot of the time.

I really enjoy this product and even though the color was off an it from what I wanted, the compliments pour in either way. It's bulkier than the first charge 2 and the charger stopped working on me. Overall I like the tracker.

I recently purchased the Fitbit 2 and am pleased with the product. One drawback is that you cannot link this Fitbit to your computer without buying some adapter. Hopefully, they will listen to customers and fix the glitch.

Terrible for counting steps. Shorted anywhere from 1800 to 3300 steps per day depending on activity. Sometimes only gave credit for half my steps. I did like the call and text alerts. Returned and bought another Fitbit one.

Seems to work just fine, although I'm skeptical about the sleep monitoring. Biggest issue is the display is almost impossible to see when I'm outdoors -- an issue, since I wanted to use this while jogging.

I am really disappointed with this and am going to have to return it. You can't set it up unless you have windows 10 which I don't. Bought 2 of them one for my husband and 1 for me. Hope they wqill exchange for HR1s.
