Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

I need to go back to Best Buy and have then help me install on my computer. My FitBit needs to be calibrated as it registers incorrect steps. The Geek squad set my wifes FitBit up and it works extremely well.

I bought this for my son, but only the kids version of the fit bit works with the family profile option. Band seems to also run a bit small. had to purchase an aftermarket band to make it work.

I was looking forward to using the fitbit but it would not sync to my phone after the first day. The screen was also very buggy. Very comfortable on the wrist though.

A decent product, is accurate about 15% of the time. Can't handle anything off its beaten path -like recumbent biking or rowing. Overall it is a fun toy, but the developers need to get serious about the accuracy.

Purchased 2 Fitbit Charge 2's, one for myself and one for my wife. My wife's seems to be working fine with her Galaxy S7. But my Charge will not work with my Galaxy S3, even though it clearly states it will work with the S3. You can also set it up on your computer, but if you don't have bluetooth on your computer or if you don't have a bluetooth adapter you have to sink another $25. for the bluetooth adapter. I got my adapter from Best Buy. Once I got the adapter, it works fine with my computer. If you check those sites, you will find a host of problems people are having with their Charge 2.

The positive health benefits I experienced were impressive but it stopped working just after its warranty expired. I expected more for $139.00

I like the product as it has some features like the Apple Watch such as being able to read texts, time etc, it is less expensive which is good and enables to you track your fitness all at the same time

The ten minute alert stopped working within the first week. I googled the item to troubleshoot it, did what it said but the alert still didn't work I return the item but everything else worked great.

Tracker works well. The strap feels better than the last years model. I love the workout mode that you are able to use and able to distinguish between running, weights, and other cardio. Great product!

I have been using this about 2 years now. In all is it is OK but I have found that the HR monitor does not mirror my chest strap monitor when working out, It is always 20+ beats slow. Sometimes it will catch up but not often. The sleep analysis function is useless as it also is off more that it is correct. The message function works well with my phone and and the reminders to move are useful. I gave it a low rating since HR monitoring is why I got it in the first place. I would look at Garmin or another fitbit product first.

I love my charge 2 and the features, however the button came off. I called Fitbit and was told they would send me a new one (without a new band) it was lost in the mail. Still waiting for a replacement

Got this for Christmas and wear from the time I get up too when I go to bed. It doesn't seem to count all my steps, I am not sure if I am wearing it wrong or it isn't counting all my steps.

The Fitbit HR is good for athletes but they tend to lose charge if you use them every day and night. They last longer when you don't sleep with it on but then you can't get your sleep patterns

This Fitbit is big, the band and tracker took a while to get used to. Only having 2 sizes for band makes it difficult to find right size for wrist. I'm not sure how accurate it really is.

Nothing too flashy just a simple basic fitness watch. It worked really good I had no system issues with it. For me it just hurt my wrist. It wasnt on too tight it just felt uncomfortable

The heart rate monitor isn't accurate! It constantly reads well over 116 beats per minute when I'm sitting still. I returned the one I had before this one for the same reason. Less than happy.

The reason I did give 3 stars because it was not accurate counting steps, also some functions you need to take your phone with you to be able to see the map you walked/run.

Bought first one and it wouldn't connect to any phone. Returned for a second one and it works well. The sleep function doesn't really read correctly. Otherwise, other functions work well.
