Couldn't recall apple password and it took multiple attempts to get apple to respond (more than a few weeks!) so still haven't managed to get it synced or use it. Pretty aggravating.

This is not the best Fitbit on the market. Reviewing text messages is more difficult than on the Blaze because it only shows it one time. I would purchase the Blaze before this one.

I really liked the watch but ended up having to have it replace like every 4 months because the watch band would break off. Luckily I had the Geek Squad coverage so they replaced it every time but very frustrating having to keep replacing the watch. The connection on the band is very poorly designed and fails too easily. I recently upgraded to the Ionic and hope I have more success with it. Unfortunately they don't offer protection on it so I'm a little nervous I'm going to have the same issue.

I tried this out and after having to exchange the first due to tech issues, the second was returned because of charging issues. Just get the apple watch and be set.

I will never buy a fitbit again, not only have I owned multiple ones and they have all had issues like the bands falling off or failing but there is no setting for when you bicycle. I have been bicycling even more and the fitbit people have not come up with a setting or update to take these into accounts. When it comes to fitness items like this you are better off with an Apple Watch.

Couldn't figure out the set up procedure. Geek Squad had to do it for me. No instructions were included. I have a long way to go to figure out how to make all of the functions work.

I like the encouragement to be active.However, when outside in the sun, the screen blurs and gets darker, returns to normal when I return inside. Quirky? or bad unit? We'll see.

Bought it for my wife, she loves all the features of it. Only real complaint so far is that the sleep tracker is highly inaccurate. Other than that no issues as of yet.

It works as described and I like it. I am not used to the sensors for the heart rate tracker so I can't say it's as comfortable as ones I've had in the past. But I like it overall.

Ithese fell apart at the band where it hooks onto watch face. I wish I just started with an iwatch in the first place.

I really enjoyed my watch until it stopped doing a normal function stopped working for no reason. It no longer shows my calls and texts and I have only had it for six months.

I don't like it. I love fitbit product, but not the wearable watches. It is good at counting steps (although that's debatable, when it comes to wearable watches, and i will say why later) but what really irritated me the most is the notifications and the lack of modifications. You can only select one app to notify you about for text messages. For example. You have to select either whatsapp, or text message, or skype, to receive its notification. The same thing goes for phone calls. You have select either skype or hangout or phone. Why just don't let us get all notifications from all apps?!! Now lets talk about the step counting. THe problem with this wearable devices, is that if you are shopping and your hand is on the trolley, then it will not count your steps. I know fitbit has this issue with all the previous devices, but i hoped that they figured out some way to fix this. Generally i like to use my old FITBIT ONE. Fitbit isn't good at wearable watches.

This Charge 2 easily damages. I had to trade this one in with the replacement program (that they don't even offer anymore) for the Charge 3.

I am using a walker right now and I didn't know you had to move your arms. So I started putting it on my ankle. I also have a hard time getting the battery charged.

It's an OK device but it's not an electronic watch. If you want to count your bP or steps it's great. If you wanted to answer a phone call this is not for you.

Why the new charger adapter which appears to be fragile and may break easy. May be another way to get more $ out of you. Unit doesn't always display your smartphone call.

Having trouble finding the correct Fitbit app to download on my iPad. Cannot download app on our Android Samsung Galaxy 6 phone. I may have to return to store.

I have an Apple Watch so I just wanted to see what the hype was about. The Fitbit was ok except it told me I was taking steps if I reached up to get something down.:(

I bought this for my wife and I. For my wife it works fine. For me, it doesn't record my sleep and had various errors on the screen such as not responding to taps or buttons. And even the battery did not last as promised.. I worked with Fitbit Support and frankly were of little to no help. They even admitted they were surprise the sleep tracking worked ever. What is worse is despite what you read on the reviews and youtube, you can't erase your personal data stored on the watch, Charge 2 is suppose to reset itself every 12 hours, and that is a big maybe. Fitbit support confirmed it. There is no way to do it before then. Granted the data stored on the watch is limited like GPS info and my name, but frankly I like the option to purge my personal data. I exchanged my Fitbit for a Samsung S3, it cost more, but its worth it Samsung S3 Classic works great for me. My wife still likes her Fitbit, but she hasn't had to call support yet. I personally recommend Samsung over this product. I like a company that has a good Support team, that means the most to me.

Did not even last one year. The wrist strap where it snaps into the actual Fitbit became loose one day fell off my arm I’ll put it back together tried it again it fell off the next day luckily I didn’t lose it so I took it back to the store for a refund and I have warranty and they would not honor the warranty because it had nothing to do with “the Fitbit itself.
