I had to get the large one because my wrist was just a little bit larger than the small. I wish they had a medium. At times it’s hard to get strap in loop.

Returned this as we soon found out that without GPS tracking it will not track distance if the person does not swing arms ( using a walker)

I purchased the fitbit on Feb 3rd and the band broke within the first month so quality is not where it should be

It tells the time and tracks steps. If you walk without swinging arms it doesn't track any steps, like pushing a cart in the grocery store. Does a descent job.

The wife loves this item, but it tends to break a lot. Thank goodness we got the Best Buy Warranty on it. Would recommend it as long as you get the warranty.

Stop working properly and I was not able to utilize my warranty because changes were made to my plan, so I got a refund on the device.

Would not recommend or purchase again. It irritated my skin. Not waterproof. I stopped wearing it months ago.

It was fairly accurate, but by the time you even read this, the product will be phased out. If you’re curious, couldn’t work with sweat.

It would be nice if the item I purchased actually worked so I could give a real review. Nothing says Merry Christmas like something that doesn't work!

Woah talk about a dying battery it's horrible.. doesn't track all steps I was so excited for the charge2 hr but was disappointed.. I love the color though

this item has a hard time sliding little rubber boot around to lock wristband makes it difficult on and off before shower worried the little lock will break

This fitbit tracker is good for indoor sports, meaning it is very hard to see outside. You need to be in the shade to be able to see it.

I purchased this product and was so excited about it because it was like a watch and had great functionality. Unfortunately I must have very bony wrists as the little nub on the back for the heart rate monitor hurt my wrist when I wore it for more than about 15-20 minutes. It seems to stick out just enough to push on me in a place thay wasn't comfortable. I ended up returning it the same day for an alta thay felt much better except no heart rate monitor for me.

I have been impressed with the functionality of the watch. However I would caution that the battery life seems to deteriorate quickly.

I loved this Fitbit til the screen cracked from the inside and the company did nothing to fix it

Product works well but be weary of hot and humid environments - the screens sometime expand and crack when temperature is rapidly change

Fitbit was not counting my steps correctly and the heart rate was not reading correctly, sometimes I wouldnt receive my texts nor calls.

While it was a commendable idea the watch is not accurate . It frequently misses steps and steps on my elliptical . I would not rec or buy again .

I'm on my 4th one of these things, hopefully the new version can stand up to the task. The older model would just fall apart after a while..

Only setback it does not send notifications with my moto z phone. When home and my Samsung tablet is nearby the notifications then work.
