Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

Would be nice if heart rate was accurate

After having the original Charge HR as well as an Apple Watch, I was not happy at all with this purchase. The heart rate tracking on this is terribly inaccurate. Not only was it totally unreliable during a run, but it also would track my heart rate extremely high while I was calm and sitting still. At one point it was even tracking a heart rate when it was lying on the table. Returned this item to the store and didn't have any problems with the return.

The Charge 2 does not pair easily with my laptop. Control of the Fitbit through the PC is difficult and unreliable. I had expected the Fitbit to show records of runs made by tracking with the GPS. Heart beat records are not easily understood and I have not found any alarm for excessive heartbeat. Most of the data - food intake, etc. has to be made manually. The wrist strap is uncomfortable. Altogether disappointing considering the high price.

Nothing major to report. Would be better if it burned the calories for you but other than that it's fine at tracking what you do.

My huband works at a golf course, it tracks his movement when he is operating tractors and lawn mowers. His steps arent calculated well.

A little uncomfortable. Not very accurate when determining how well I slept. But overall I like my fitbit. It motivates me to move more.

I purchased this fitbit because I wanted a different color. The shade of blue that is offered is okay but it is a very weird color blue

It worked fine but I don't wear watches so the first time the battery needed to be recharged I never put it back on.

I like my Fit-bit a lot but don't like the charger. Other than the charger I like this product enough to recommend to a friend. :)

It takes a lot of time to try to update your app. The Fitbit works fine just the connectivity with the app isn’t the best.

I returned this for a Samsung Gear Fit 2 and never looked back. The screen of the fit bit is very, plain. If you want a tracker that doesn't have style, this is it. If you want a little more for the same price then there are plenty of options. Onenthing I did like was the app's intuitive function on counting calories and tracking food intake. The barcode scanning is awesome. Other than that, this product is all hype.

This USB really no more special than the regular Fitbit, just with bigger screen. If I had to do over, I'd buy an apple watch.

I have owned various Fitbit for most of the last ten years. I have had more syncing problems with this device than any of the others. For some reason still not understood my Fitbit does not record the most recent event but instead the one before. Ultimately you get all the info but not immediately. The heart rate readings are more inconsistent than previous models. So all in all I am not a fan.
