Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

Wish the device had a built-in GPS to measure distance so that phone did not have to be carried while walking/running

Only drawback is that the face scratches far too easily

The Charge 2 is a nice fit bit. I like that I can see my texts. It shows all the great stats that a fit bit usually features.

The functionally of the product is fine. It's the durability of it. It's supposed to be a sportswear product but it's made so poorly that best buy no longer sells a protection policy on them. I had to trade mine in several times because the screen kept splitting. This issue turned out to be an internal problem causing the battery to swell and split the screen

The unit performed as described. My only complaint is that it's vibration notification is so slight I could barely feel it.

Too expensive for what you get. Cheap display, cheap material. Only good for heart rate tracking. Not for me.

Does not consistently pick up heart rate data. Steps tracked based on arm swing, overstating actual activity.

The band was too wide for me so I found it uncomfortable. I returned and got the Alta HR and love it

Really disappointing device. Not even a year old and have had to replace the band. Screen cracked for no reason, didn't drop or do anything to traumatize the device. This is horribly overpriced and very poor quality. Buy anything else besides this if you are looking for a fitness tracker.

This is my second Fitbit & for a few days it was great--love its features. However, two weeks ago just as I was leaving for vacation, the screen went black. I've tried all the troubleshooting hints suggested online w/ no success. I'll be returning it w/ hopes this one is s fluke & a replacement will be better.

I didn't like this product. There are so many metrics that it didn't track that my Microsoft band did. I loved the Band 2 but they stopped supporting it. This band would always count every single bump On the road as a step. That would give me like 1500 extra steps per day and throw off my cal. On top of that you can't turn this thing off. It's just not a the best product.

The Charge 2 is a good movement tracker. I wish the band was a little smaller for when I wear it when I sleep.
