Disappointed

I have talked to Fitbit tech support and they had told me to return to best buy for an exchange. Their tech support was very nice and helpful but I am disappointed that I have to exchange it.

Ok watch

I did like the product hope the craftsmanship get better with newer version.

Works well for its purpose

This constant aching forced me to get rid of the fitbit. Would recommend for fitness tracking.

loved the watch until the time was off

I was in the correct time zone and there didn't appear to be any other way to set the clock. I hadn't read reviews about this before I purchased and was disappointed. I did return the FITBIT

Thankful that I purchased the extended warranty. It hasn't been exposed to anything but daily wearing. No abnormal use, but it just stops working. I would not recommend.
