    It had issues freezing and had had to reboot it often, which can only be done with the charger. So when it froze away from home, i couldn’t use it. My wife’s is ok, though it often tracks steps after she had already walked a distance, not up to date with each step.

    One side of the strap kept popping off until the the connectors finally broke. FitBit still doesn't do a good job of auto syncing although there is a setting. Notifications also seem to turn off after every charge.

    I liked the functionality of the product, but my biggest issue was that for some reason my wrist started hurting when wearing it so I took it back. I think the constant infrared sensor was somehow causing my wrist to feel like it has been sprained.
