Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

Tried this to help with steps but also to track my sleep. It didn't do a goid job tracking my sleep. It was suggested to me it may be due to my size....

I discovered after purchasing it that this watch was not what i wanted or expected. And within 6 months it quit working. There are a lot of better Fitbit devices out there.

Bought to try to keep track of my workouts. It wouldn't keep track of my steps on the machines so it would only work if I wasn't on equipment. Ended up returning. Some love it. Some not so much.

it looks nice and fits comfortably but man is it inaccurate when it comes to its algorithms. i work an office job so i dont move much during the day, mostly sitting at a desk and typing, there is zero possibility that i walk 3000-4000 steps during my workday. ive tried adjusting it, doing what others have said online and no change. not sure if its limited to just this model of fitbit but its wildly incorrect. i suggest looking at other models or brands instead of this one if you're looking for that kind of tracking function

Didn't work out of the box

Bought this as a gift for my husband. Would not charge right out of the box. Contacted Fitbit for troubleshooting. They sent a new "pebble" which also didn't work. Went to Best Buy to return it completely - they said it was past the 15 day return date (ridiculous policy, esp if given as a gift) and that we had to contact Fitbit again. Tried a friend's charger and it worked on second pebble. Fitbit is now sending us a new charger (it's been over a week - haven't received it yet). Wouldn't purchase another one.

Would not recommend. Falls off my wrist 3 months after purchase. Didn't even wear it everyday. Poor band attachment quality.

I could not get the item to sync. Fitbit did replace it and paid for all the shipping. I get the item back soon and hope to try it again. I was very pleased with the service Fitbit provided.

The band is a nightmare. Had not noticed all the reviews about the band issues. The features are few compared to other brands.

I must have returned this product at least 5 times (thankfully I bought the geek squad protection) because the metal piece continuously broke. poor design overall.

The screen cracked without hitting anything, and now the entire device will not work, won't charge, won't do anything. I switched to garmin

This stopped working within two months of purchase. I was very disappointed in the fitbit. It is the second one that I have owned.

Becomes defected after 1-2 years. Bright green light stays on and burns you if you continue to wear. Should've went to fitbit.com to read reviews.

Fitbit almost never gives me credit for the many flights of stairs I climb every day. It also doesn't record many of my steps either. Very disappointed.

I had the original fitbit charge for a year and I was happy with it but decided to upgrade to the charge 2. I regret it now because my charge 2 records me climbing more than 200 flights of stairs almost everyday and I climb nowhere near that many. This also messes up its calculation on the amount of calories I burn. The "run" setting that allows tracking of a single run was also off. When I run a mile, I am lucky to have 3/4 of a mile recorded on my fitbit.

I purchase my Fitbit Charge 2 on 11/25/2017. I'm very disappointed in my purchase, $108 down the drain. I can be standing still and if I wave my arm, it counts as a step. I have been driving and by the time I reached my destination, I had taken 38 steps. The Sleep program is off the charts. My weekly sleep time average is less than 3 hours. There is no sleep data from 12/7/17 thru 01/7/18. The only feature that work is the Heart Monitor.

My Fit bit was great at first. Life span was awesome, but for some reason every fit bit I owned would always glitch and break.

Wish I had paid attention to detail on the size. I think i had a small and ended up with a large. Sometimes uncomfortable fit.

I was not told I needed an iphone to set up my fitbit. Thus when I picked it up I was unable to get help setting it up. I do not have an iphone but the Technician told me I could set it up with my desk computer. I tried it and followed the directions but my computer (bought at Best Buy) refused to accept it. Now I have it but it is useless to me!
