Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Charge 2's accurate heart rate and sleep tracking capabilities, along with its ease of use and long battery life. Many appreciate the device's step tracking and the additional features it offers. However, some concerns exist regarding the band's durability and the lack of full waterproofing. The screen size and notifications are also frequently praised.

My girl had one of these so I bought one to keep each other motivated. Well, come to find out this darn thing tracked steps while I drove at work. That just didn't work right. Disappointed. I returned it and bought the Samsung Gear Sport. Love it.

Not good quality from my perspective. Only had for one year and quit working. would no longer take charge and of course it was after the warranty period had expired

    New OS or Phone Needed

Box clearly stated was Windows Phone and Windows OS compatible, but that was not the case. Needs Windows 8 to use on PC. Works with XP but not 7? How crazy is that. Phone does not sync to newer fitbits.

Waste of money . It is really a bad product. I exchange it for a Polar heart rate . It is made of cheap plastic parts.

Bought this for this for my wife at Christmas. It failed in February and had to be replaced. 2 months later it failed again and had to be replaced again. Waiting for the 3rd one to fail now. In my opinion, fitbits suck.

I had it for a week and it stopped interfacing with my iPhone. I reloaded the app and still had no resolution. After a week I returned it and got an Apple Watch.

Mediocre product: For the first three months, the product was great! Three months later none of the functionality for the watch works! No longer receive notifications of phone calls, text messages, or alarms!

This item hardly ever syncs with my Samsung phone Galaxy Note 8. I also have a SurfacePro3 and this Fitbit Charge 2 shows up as a Blaze on the Surface. Band is nice though. I would not buy it....

Thank goodness I had the insurance for the FitBit2. I received it as a present in January and it stopped working in June. I am now on the second one and wondering if it too will stop working soon.

Bought the item to tell time and track steps. When you are outside Can’t read monitor due to reflection of sun. Not visible even with sunglasses. Waste of money.Wanted it mostly for golf.

Don't waste your money. Multiple issues with the wristband from the beginning. We also had the 1st generation version which had charging issues. Will never purchase again

Sleep monitor would not sync on my phone unless I logged off and logged back on. It would work for a couple of days then stop working. Apparently other people have had this same problem.

Until I received the fitbit I did not find out that it was not compatible with my phone. It was not an option for me to link to a computer or laptop. Very disappointed.

I compared the fitbits online. The Alta was rated high. I tried it, but I did not learn to use the wristband. I mailed it back. I got a Fitbit charge HR. This newer one is my favorite.

I had reasearched this item online & also spoke directly to FITBIT manufacturer prior to coming to Best Buy to purchase. I am happy you had my model as well as my preferred color.
