this was the replacement for the other fitbit and hope it hold up

Not useable. Sitting in its box.Said I walked 3000 steps when I was sleeping.

Not a very good watch for anyone that does any physical labor

Cannot program device on line. Will need help of geek squad to program and use.

I got this for my dad because his heart rate runs high, also he needed to get off the couch and said he wasn't sleeping well. This helped him track all those things. Especially the heart rate. My dad is 80 and there was zero problem with him learning how to use it.

Read all the reviews. Seldom do you see as many overwhelmingly positives in a product than this one, simply put. I did a whole bunch of research myself and came up with my top 10 advantages and only 2 disadvantages... 1. I have several friends and co-workers who wear a Fitbit and swear by them. 2. The amount of technology built into this small device is amazing for what it does. 3. You can look at historical trends of your activity 4. The more you wear it the more accurate your data will be. 5. The mobile app is actually a very good app. 6. It really does motivate you to become more active. 7. It's really cool to wear. 8. The amount of information and feedback you get from your paired mobile device and web page is amazing. 9. You will really learn a lot about your sleep patterns. 10. Being a non-watch wearer, I really don't want to take it off. It's that useful! Now for the only downsides 1. It is not Waterproof! 2. You will have to take it off to charge it. I know this is a stretch, but when the experts figure out how to charge it with it on your wrist, that will be the deal. Solar maybe...:)

I upgraded from the Charge HR. Love the bigger screen and the fact that I can now get reminders to move. It is a good device to help me keep active and motivated. I would definitely recommend the Fitbit charge 2.

Fitbit Charge 2 Pros: -many useful functions -easy to use -syncs well with phone through a very informative app -compact size Fitbit Charge Cons: -NOT water resistant nor water proof (showering, swimming, washing dishes, car, etc... you must remove) -wrist band can be difficult to adjust/remove (however, many replacement options are available)

The Charge 2 provides a great way to monitor heart rate with hour by hour, and day by day graphs. It is comfortable and good looking. Four day battery life and just two hours for a full charge. The price seems a bit high, about $50 more than some good trackers from other brands. The terrific Fitbit charts and graphs may help justify the price.
