I got this to track my steps, active exercise, and sleep and It works really well. There are some times I know I am not sleeping (but not moving) and resting and it thinks I am sleeping, but for the most part it is accurate. Both my sleep and exercise have improved significantly. Syncs well with my iPhone and U of M's Active U program. Bonus is reading texts and reminders and having silent alarms and phone ringing alert me while I am at work without disturbing others. One thing I should tell you is I hated wearing watches my whole life because I do not like jewelry or watches but this thing is okay. It takes a couple of weeks getting used to it if you haven't worn a watch before.

This is a great tracker to keep you up on your movement and sleep. Battery lasts about a week between charges. Gives more information than you could really need. Works great with the app on the phone.

This Fitbit is a great way to track (and encourage) your activity and heart rate throughout the day. Additionally, it is a wonderful tool to see incoming calls/messages when synced. It makes things easier!

My wife complained about the sensors on the underside hurting her wrist when she first starting using it. She seems to have gotten used to it now, though. It isn't as flashy as some as the other products out there--it is a simple monochromatic screen, but battery life seems to be OK.

This tracker will help you look at your data in several formats once you connect to FitBit online. I like the sleep tracking feature, and the battery lasts a long time. I bought several of these for family members.

This product is a great motivator. It will remind you to take steps every hour, you can challenge friends and family to meet fitness goals, it monitors your heart rate & tracks the number stairs that you've gone up.

This is a great way for me to start my workout plans and a great way to begin! It helps me keep me accountable for how active I'm being, how much water I'm getting, etc. I love that it syncs up with my Samsung Galaxy S8. It lasts for days. I would definitely purchase this again.
